A federal judge ruled that using Anthropic's Claude to prepare legal documents destroyed attorney-client privilege — because Anthropic's privacy policy allows data sharing with government authorities.
Texas Bar Opinion 705 requires attorneys to vet every AI vendor for data practices before use. Legal Enclave has no vendor in the data chain. There is nothing to vet.
